My name is Elenore den Oudsten (1992) and I have been working as an illustrator and artist since 2016. My work is inspired by people, and especially by women. Their strength, elegance, vulnerability and presence are a constant source of inspiration for my fashion illustrations, paintings and life drawings. 

After completing my communication & graphic design education, I started my career mainly as a fashion illustrator. Over the years I have continued to develop my own artistic voice, expanding my work into paintings and personal artworks alongside my illustration work.

My style is recognizable through doll like figures, large expressive eyes and a bold, distinctive line. I like to exaggerate elements such as eyes and lips so that the artwork almost looks back at you. This moment of eye contact invites reflection, but also celebrates femininity. In a world where appearance can sometimes feel like pressure, especially for women, I want my art to remind people to feel confident and good about who they are.

Creating art is also a way for me to express my emotions and give them a place. It allows me to process what I feel while continuing to look at the world with curiosity and admiration.
